Morgan MacKenzie is ForeFront’s dynamic and detail-oriented Director of Operations & Marketing. With an aptitude for organizational management and a keen eye for efficiency, Morgan plays a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our day-to-day operations. She spearheads initiatives aimed at streamlining internal processes to maximize efficiency and allow for scale. She touches nearly every aspect of ForeFront’s operations including CRM management, inventory and deal tracking, employee onboarding, IT support, social media management, production of marketing collateral, employee training, accounts receivable, and much more. Her dedication to fostering a cohesive and efficient workplace ensures that our team operates at its full potential, driving our continued success.

As a licensed Florida Sales Associate, Morgan started at ForeFront in a leasing role and has supported the company’s partners in commercial leasing transactions through market research, due diligence, prospecting for tenants, showing space, and assisting with LOI negotiations. With this foundational knowledge, Morgan was able to tackle the company’s marketing and operational needs from a unique and advantageous perspective.

Morgan joined ForeFront’s South Florida office in 2020. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC where she supports ForeFront’s Florida and South Carolina offices.
