Michael Mogerman is a Partner at ForeFront Commercial, LLC, specializing in tenant representation, commercial brokerage, land acquisitions, development consulting, and investment advisory throughout the Southeast. Licensed in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, he represents national, regional, and emerging brands with strategic site selection, market expansion, and transaction execution.
With more than 18 years of commercial real estate experience, Michael has completed transactions across the retail, office, industrial, land, mixed-use, hospitality, and healthcare sectors. Prior to co-founding ForeFront Commercial, he worked with a South Florida real estate law firm, SRS Real Estate Partners, and Woolbright Development, where he was recognized as a top-producing leasing professional.
Michael advises retailers, developers, franchise groups, investors, and owner-users on acquisitions, dispositions, lease negotiations, development strategy, and build-to-suit opportunities. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from Nova Southeastern University. He is an active member of ICSC and lives in Fort Mill, South Carolina, with his wife and two children.
Laura Briggle is a Co-Founder and Partner at ForeFront Commercial, where she works with landlords and tenants to achieve their goals through strategic retail leasing, informed execution, and creative dealmaking. Since co-founding the firm in 2019, Laura has played a key role in building its operational foundation while taking a highly tailored approach to meet each client’s individual needs.
With more than 15 years of retail leasing experience, Laura understands how leasing decisions impact long-term asset performance. She focuses on strengthening tenant mixes, improving occupancy, and creating value for her clients. Earlier in her career, she held marketing roles for a multi-billion-dollar developer of private club & resort communities, and a marketing agency focused on lifestyle-driven real estate —experience that continues to inform how she navigates operational decisions and client relationships.
A proud Florida native and University of Florida graduate, Laura lives in Pompano Beach with her husband Matt and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, and getting lost in a good book.
Connor MacIntyre is an Associate Broker at ForeFront Commercial, where he began as an intern before joining the team full-time. He specializes in tenant representation and site selection across the Southeast, working alongside retailers and developers to identify the right locations, negotiate favorable terms, and manage every phase of the transaction- from initial market search through contract execution and beyond.
Connor’s approach is grounded in deep market knowledge, strong relationships with landlords and brokers throughout the region, and a creative deal-making mindset that consistently puts his clients in the best possible position. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Real Estate from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, with a concentration in Data Analytics and Entrepreneurship- a background that shapes how he evaluates markets, structures deals, and identifies opportunity.
A Charlotte-area native and avid golfer, Connor spends his time outside the office on the course, at concerts, enjoying the outdoors, and coaching little league baseball.
