Michael Mogerman

Michael Mogerman is a Partner at ForeFront Commercial, bringing more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate to the company. He has always had a passion for real estate, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Real Estate from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development at Nova Southeastern University.

Michael began his real estate career as a Research & Development Analyst for a South Florida real estate law firm. He then joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2008 where he met Terry Salzman, a successful real estate developer and current Partner at ForeFront Commercial. In 2011, Michael joined Woolbright Development, a Boca Raton-based shopping center owner and developer, where he earned a reputation for stabilizing assets and exponentially increasing NOI. He was the company’s top producing agent for three years during his tenure.

In Cooper City where he lives with his wife and their two children, Michael is a team coach and League Coordinator for the Cooper City Optimist sports league.

Laura Briggle

Laura Briggle is a Co-Founder and Partner at ForeFront Commercial, where she works with landlords and tenants to achieve their goals through strategic retail leasing, informed execution, and creative dealmaking. Since co-founding the firm in 2019, Laura has played a key role in building its operational foundation while taking a highly tailored approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

With nearly 15 years of retail leasing experience, Laura understands how leasing decisions impact long-term asset performance. She focuses on strengthening tenant mixes, improving occupancy, and creating value for her clients. Earlier in her career, she held marketing roles for a multi-billion-dollar developer of private club & resort communities, and a marketing agency focused on lifestyle-driven real estate —experience that continues to inform how she navigates operational decisions and client relationships.

A proud Florida native and University of Florida graduate, Laura lives in Pompano Beach with her husband Matt and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active outdoors, traveling, and getting lost in a good book.
